Woke up early, and went to a nearby traditional bakery to have a Polo Bun for breakfast as Ho Hung Kee Noodle & Congee has not open. Then we took the MTR to Tsuen Wan to get our ferry tickets to Macau.
Then after about 40 minutes we reach Macau.
Then we went to take a the public bus to Central Macau, and we went to a famous noodle shop, Cheong Kei Noodle Shop for our lunch where I had my Jellyfish Dry Noodles, and also their handmade dace fishball.
Due to the small serving, we were still feeling a little bit hungry so we bought a can of almond cookies from a not very popular pastry shop as we were walking around the streets to see the people making the almond cookies and portuguese egg tarts for the different souvenir shops.
And we decided to go sightseeing first before coming back to this area to get our local snacks. So we went to the Ruins of St Paul’s then the Lou Kou Mansion.
So we did what we have planned, we went back to the place we had our noodles to get their local snacks, such as Pheonix Rolls and Portuguese Egg Tarts from Koi Kei, Black Sesame Almond Cookies with Pork Floss at Choi Heong Yuen, Peanut Candy from a cart that quite alot of people went to buy, and actually we want to go down to Coloane Island to get the recommended original Portuguese Egg Tarts but it is getting late, so we go them at Koi Kei Bakery instead.
