After coming down from the escalators, we took the MTR towards Lantau Island and before heading to the Ngong Ping 360 a.k.a Dai Yu Shan(in cantonese) to view the huge Tian Tan Buddha at Tung Chung Station, we stopped by Sunny Bay Station and to have a look at HK Disneyland.

Then we stop at Tung Chung Station and went to bought tickets for the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car ride up the mountain, and it was already freezing cold, the temperature on top was around -2 degrees celsius and it was so torturous sitting inside the cable car for about 20 minutes but the view of Ngong Ping Village was really magnificent.

After eating all the food, I decided to brave the super cold weather and strong winds and climb up to the Tian Tan Buddha.

Then we got out of Ngong Ping, Lantau Island and back to Hong Kong Island, where we had our very late dinner around 2100 at the recommended Joy Hing’s Roasted Meat at Hennessy Road in Wan Chai where I had a fair share of Roasted Goose, Duck and Pork with rice.

And for the last stop, we went over to Kowloon, alighting at Mongkok Station and walk up the famous Ladies’ Market (known for the fakes and grade A replicas) to Yaumatei, felt really cheated because its something like Bugis Street or Chinatown, then from there we took the MTR back to our hotel.
