So we travelled on Tiger Airways (a budget airline) for the first time, and it is really uncomfortable for the price we paid, blame it on ourselves for the last minute planning. Also, I brought along the Lonely Planet guide and I really recommend anyone who wants to travel on your own, bring this along.

Then we arrive at HK Intl Airport and took the Airport Express (HK$ 210 for 3) to Hong Kong Station and also got our Octopus Card (equivalent to EZ-Link card).

After settling everything quickly, we went to a noodle shop nearby to have our lunch the branch of  Mak’s Noodles (Michelin 1-star rated) at Jardine’s Bazzaar, and I had my Beef Brisket Wonton Noodles Soup.

After that we took the MTR to Wong Tai Sin to visit the famous Wong Tai Sin Temple.

Then we took the MTR again to Yuen Long in New Territories, firstly to have the ‘B Chai’ jelly dessert at Kai Kee Dessert, where I had my Papaya ‘B Chai’ Jelly, also they claimed to be the creator and the only one to sell this in HK but then it actually tasted the same as grass jelly but more firm.

Then secondly, we had our dinner at Ho To Tai Noodle shop (Michelin 1-star rated), I had the Wonton Noodles Soup and abit of their famous Shrimp Roe Noodles Dry, actually, we planned to have our dinner at the Tai Wing Wah Restaurant to taste their famous Pun Choi(in cantonese) or Pen Cai(in mandarin) but because of the rain and the restuarant is at distance away we did not go.

Then, we went to the main shop of Wing Wah and Hang Heung Bakery to eat their Wife’s Biscuit and other local pastries, also bought a Pineapple Bun(Polo Bao) from Hang Heung, at the same time we also bought them back for our family. I prefer the Wing Wah’s Wife’s Biscuit as it tasted not as sweet as that of Hang Heung’s but both are good as they sell them hot.

Lastly, we passed by their Light Rail (equivalent to LRT) which only can be found here in Yuen Long travelling to other places in New Territories and I can say we have completed our trip in the New Territories, and finally we took the MTR back to hotel and rested for the next day.
